VOYILO respects your privacy and the protection of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use VOYILO, and how you can manage your information and permissions.

This policy applies to information you provide to us through the VOYILO app and related pages, as well as information we lawfully collect when you use our services. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites, platforms, or services. Any third-party links or service entrances in the app do not imply our endorsement of those parties.

1. Information We Collect and Use

We follow the principles of lawfulness, legitimacy, necessity, and good faith. We collect only the information necessary for VOYILO features such as shooting, importing, editing, saving, membership subscriptions, troubleshooting, and user support. We do not collect personal information unrelated to the services we provide.

1.1 Information You Provide

When you send feedback, request support, or contact us, you may voluntarily provide your name, email address, issue description, screenshots, device information, or other content that helps us locate the issue. We use this information only to handle your request, improve our services, and communicate with you where necessary.

User support records are usually deleted or anonymized within one year after the issue is resolved, unless laws or regulations require a longer retention period.

1.2 Camera, Photo Library, and Microphone Permissions

Camera, photo library, and microphone permissions are sensitive permissions. VOYILO uses these permissions only when you actively use features such as taking photos, recording videos, importing materials, editing and saving content, or submitting feedback, and only after you grant authorization. You can disable these permissions at any time in your device settings. If disabled, related features may not work properly.

• Camera permission: used to take photos or record video materials.
• Photo library or storage permission: used to read images or videos you actively select and to save edited works locally on your device.
• Microphone permission: used only when you actively record video or add audio materials.

Special note: Materials processed through camera, photo library, storage, and microphone permissions are processed locally on your device by default. Unless you actively use a feature that requires upload or submit feedback materials, we will not upload your images, videos, audio, or files without authorization.

1.3 Clipboard

When you actively use features such as copying a support email address, customizing text, or editing camera watermark text, VOYILO may read from or write to the clipboard to complete the action you initiated. We do not continuously read the clipboard in the background, nor do we collect, store, or analyze clipboard content.

1.4 Device, Network, and Runtime Information

To protect account and service security, troubleshoot issues, collect crash information, and improve product experience, we may collect device and runtime information that cannot independently identify a specific individual, including device model, system version, language and time zone, screen parameters, network type, IP address, app version, error logs, and crash information.

This information is mainly used for troubleshooting, stability improvement, and security maintenance, and is not used to identify specific users. For scenarios involving the advertising identifier IDFA, we will use it for advertising attribution or personalization-related purposes only after obtaining your explicit authorization and in accordance with system rules. You can manage this permission in iOS under Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

1.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies

When you visit VOYILO-related web pages or shared pages, we may use cookies, anonymous identifiers, or similar technologies for security authentication, reducing repeated actions, measuring page performance, troubleshooting abnormal behavior, and improving page experience. You may clear cookies in your browser settings, but some web functions may be affected.

1.6 Situations Where Consent May Not Be Required

Under applicable laws and regulations, we may process necessary personal information without separate consent where directly related to national security, public security, public health, major public interests, criminal justice, contract performance, safe and stable product operation, legally disclosed information, or other circumstances provided by law.

2. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure

We do not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information without reason. We may process necessary information only in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent or authorization;
• To comply with laws, regulations, or lawful requests from judicial or administrative authorities;
• Where necessary and legally permitted to protect the lawful rights and interests of us, our users, or the public;
• To provide necessary functions such as product analysis, payment, subscription verification, advertising attribution, or crash statistics, by sharing the minimum necessary information with third-party SDKs or service providers.

If a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, bankruptcy liquidation, or similar transaction results in the possible transfer of personal information, we will require the new holder of the information to continue to comply with this policy. If the purpose or method of processing materially changes, we will obtain your consent again as required by law.

3. Data Security and Retention

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including transmission encryption, access control, permission management, log auditing, and employee security training. However, no internet environment can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. You should also properly protect your device, account, and important materials.

We retain personal information only for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy. After the necessary period expires, we will delete or anonymize the information in accordance with law:

• Images, videos, or other materials you actively upload for processing or feedback will be deleted as soon as reasonably possible after the purpose is completed. For exception handling, re-download support, or troubleshooting, the maximum retention period will follow the specific feature description.
• Analytics, troubleshooting, and user support data are usually retained for no more than two years after termination of the agreement.
• Transaction, subscription, payment, or legally required information will be retained in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform rules.

4. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete your personal information, withdraw authorization, cancel or restrict certain processing, as permitted by law. You can contact us through in-app features or by emailing voyilo@163.com. To protect account and information security, we may verify your identity before processing your request.

You can disable permissions such as camera, photo library, microphone, notifications, and tracking in your device settings. Withdrawal of authorization does not affect processing already completed based on your authorization, but related features may no longer be available.

Where required by law, including circumstances involving national security, public security, criminal justice, trade secrets, lawful rights of others, or obvious abuse of rights, we may be unable to respond to all or part of your request and will explain the reason where legally permitted.

5. Use of Third-Party SDKs and Information Collection

To provide the features and services described in this policy, we may use third-party SDKs. In this process, we will provide partners only with the minimum scope of information necessary to enable the relevant services, and only where this complies with legal requirements and serves a clear and necessary purpose. The processing of information by third-party SDKs is subject to their respective published privacy policies. We also require them, through cooperation agreements, to take necessary measures to protect the security of your personal information.

Our product integrates the Umeng+ SDK. To provide statistical analytics services, the Umeng+ SDK needs to collect your device MAC address and unique device identifiers (IMEI/android ID/IDFA/OPENUDID/GUID/IP address/SIM card IMSI information), and uses location information to calibrate report data accuracy and provide basic anti-fraud capabilities.

6. Protection of Minors

If you are under 18 years old, please read this policy with the guidance of your parent or other guardian and use VOYILO only with guardian consent. Guardians should help minors properly understand personal information protection matters.

If we discover that we have collected personal information from a minor without guardian consent, we will delete it or take other necessary measures as soon as possible. Guardians may contact us using the contact information in this policy if they have questions about the processing of a minor's personal information.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, effectiveness, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this policy are governed by the laws of mainland China. Any dispute arising from this policy should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a court with competent jurisdiction.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy due to changes in product features, service models, laws, regulations, or regulatory requirements. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without your explicit consent. If there are material changes, we will notify you through in-app pages, pop-ups, push notifications, or other reasonable methods.

If you do not agree with the updated policy, you may stop using the relevant services. Your continued use of VOYILO after the policy is updated means that you accept the updated policy.
