VOYILO Terms of Use

Welcome to VOYILO. These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and the provider of the VOYILO app regarding your download, installation, access to, and use of the app. Please read them carefully before using VOYILO. By using the app, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not download, install, or use the app.

We may update these terms from time to time due to product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. Updated terms will be made available in the app or on the relevant page. Your continued use of VOYILO after an update means that you accept the updated terms. These terms are between you and us only. Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content.

1. License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these terms and applicable laws, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install and use VOYILO on iOS or iPadOS devices that you own or control. You must also comply with the applicable App Store rules.

This license does not transfer to you any ownership of software, content, materials, code, or intellectual property. Unless otherwise stated, any updates, patches, upgrades, or replacement versions provided by us are also governed by these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

The interface design, text, images, filter effects, code, layout, trademarks, logos, data, and other content in VOYILO are owned by us or the relevant rights holders. Without prior written permission from us or the rights holder, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, display, sell, or otherwise use such content.

3. Content and Copyright

You are responsible for the content that you capture, import, edit, save, or share through VOYILO. You must ensure that you have the lawful rights to such content and that your use does not infringe any third party's portrait rights, privacy rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other lawful rights.

You may not download, copy, republish, upload, transmit, or distribute protected content provided by us in the app without authorization. We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized use request.

4. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to obtain the source code of VOYILO. You may not remove, obscure, or modify any copyright, trademark, or other rights notices in the app. You may not rent, lend, transfer, sublicense, or commercially provide the app.

You may not use the app for unlawful purposes, interfere with the operation of the app, compromise system security, scrape content, or affect other users' normal use through viruses, scripts, bots, automated tools, malicious requests, or other technical means. If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.

5. Service Changes and Termination

We may adjust, suspend, or discontinue certain features, services, content, or presentation of VOYILO due to product planning, technical maintenance, platform rules, or legal requirements. Some updates may be provided through the App Store or in-app mechanisms. You may need to keep the app updated to access full functionality and security fixes.

If we reasonably believe that you have violated these terms, harmed our rights or the rights of third parties, or created security, fraud, or abuse risks, we may restrict, suspend, or terminate your use of the app to the extent permitted by law.

6. Paid Services and Subscriptions

Certain filters, editing features, membership benefits, or other premium features in VOYILO may require payment. Before purchasing, please carefully review the price, service content, subscription period, trial rules, and cancellation method displayed in the app. Prices and plans may vary by region or promotional activity.

If you purchase an auto-renewing subscription, payment will be charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase. Unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, the subscription will usually renew automatically. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Cancellation will not affect your use during the current paid period, but the subscription will not renew for the next period.

Membership benefits are virtual digital services. Unless required by law or platform rules, purchases are generally not refundable directly through us after completion. If you paid through Apple and need to request a refund, please submit your request through Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot review or decide Apple refund requests on Apple's behalf.

Membership benefits, purchase records, and restore-purchase capability are associated with the Apple ID used for purchase. Please make sure you use the same Apple ID when purchasing or restoring a subscription.

7. Disclaimer

VOYILO and related content are provided on an existing and available basis. We will continue improving the app experience, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully meet your specific needs, or that all issues will be fixed immediately.

You understand and agree that when using the app to edit, save, export, or share content, you should back up important materials and independently determine whether the output content is suitable for your intended use. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by device environment, operating system version, network conditions, third-party platform rules, or other circumstances beyond our full control.

The app may include third-party services, SDKs, platform payment services, or external links. Such third-party services are provided by their respective operators, and we do not guarantee their content, availability, privacy practices, or service results.

8. Uninstalling the App

You may uninstall VOYILO using the app management method provided by iOS or iPadOS. Uninstalling the app will not automatically cancel any active auto-renewing subscription. To cancel a subscription, please go to your App Store account settings.

9. Privacy
